I had an appointment to see a vehicle (driving from out of town) and called the day before to confirm only to find out th Terrible customer service!!! I had an appointment to see a vehicle (driving from out of town) and called the day before to confirm only to find out they had already shipped it off to auction. No email, no phone call, nothing. I had to call them to find out. Don't take an appointment if you're planning on auctioning the vehicle before the appointment! I will most definitely not be considering these clowns when purchasing a vehicle. More
