We felt Sutton Ford wanted our business. We went to Sutton Ford just to get an estimate on our trade in., we had no attention of buying the car that night. We knew the car that we wanted and we had been to a couple other dealers so we had an idea of what our trade in was worth. Sutton"s estimate was less than what we had received but because we had it in writing they beat the other estimates and they did not have the color that we wanted (they offered to get it) but if we took one in the they had they offered that was in stock they offered us a few extra options. We ended up buying the car that night and within a couple of hours were driving home. Sutton"s salesman were not pushy. When we were ready to leave the salesman took time to explain and show us several of the features on the vehicle. It was a pleasure doing business with them. On the drive home my husband were impressed with the way they treated us from the minute we walked in until we left, and of course they followed up the next dad to see if everything was satisfactory. My father fell in love with a limited edition Ford Explorer. The finance guy was friendly as well and worked efficiently. We were in the dealer for about 3 hours and most of that time was spent on my dad debating on the explorer (that he loved) and the edge (that he liked but really wanted the explorer). Damien worked a perfect deal so that they payments were within my dads budget. I would definitely recommend Sutton Ford. More
Damien Brooks - Exceptional Salesman I purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ last night and I could not be more impressed with my experience. Prior to coming to Sutton Ford, I stopped a Van Drune I purchased a 2015 Lincoln MKZ last night and I could not be more impressed with my experience. Prior to coming to Sutton Ford, I stopped a Van Drunen Ford in Homewood, IL because of an advertisement that was sent to me. After taking a test drive, I was quickly dismissed by the salesmen. Unhappy with my experience, I went directly to Sutton Ford (Where I purchased my previous vehicle) and my husband and I were kindly greeted by Damien Books seconds after walking in. To make a long story short, my intention was to only get my 2010 Lincoln MKX appraised but I left in a brand new car. There were no pressure tactics but there was a true desire to help me get out of my SUV into something that would make me extremely happy. In the end, I would not only recommend Sutton Ford but please go see Damien Brooks and Melissa in the Service Department will take exceptional care of you! More
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE We purchased a car here and the dealership was nice enough to include Auto Butler. We signed the contract stating that we would be charged $0.00 for it. While checking the loan we realized that we were charged $1,000.00 plus tax for the Auto Butler. They snuck that in hoping we wouldn't notice. When we contacted them they promised a FULL refund. We went there twice to pick up our refund check and both times they said that no one was there to sign the check for us and for us to come back. We since called several times with no return call. We were promised a car today and we had to call them (horrible customer service) When we talked to them they said they could only refund us their cost. Half of what we paid for something that was suppose to be included free of charge. Do not waste your time with a dishonest dealership, there are plenty of dealerships. We have since turned them into the BBB and we were only one of 11 complaints filed with them. More

The biggest joke in the store. Not only did she refuse to talk to me when I came into the store to see her last week, she kept having her manager screen what it was I wanted over and over. All I wanted to do was talk to her about how I was mistreated. She didn't even seem to care that I existed. They got my money and they have moved on. Don't believe all those 5 star ratings. I'll bet they bought every one of them. I will NEVER go back to that store and I will let everyone know what kind of a shoddy organization she runs. I'm still waiting for a phone call back from the "Nate" the owner. I guess he doesn't care either. More
Really Really TERRIBLE service deptartment I brought my 2011 mustang in for a throttle body repair. George and Randy assured me they could handle it. After several times of them fixing it so that I could get it out of their lot, but not even make it home, they told me that they had spent too much of their time trying to fix my car and that they did not know what was wrong with it. I was told to take my car to another dealership and see if they could figure it out. In addition to not fixing the problem, they installed and charged me for unnecessary parts, a MAF sensor as well as a wiring harness. I'm still waiting for a return phone call for the 497.00 they charged me for their guess and check mechanic work....I'm discussed with their incompetence and will never be back! More

He was extremely friendly and in no way, pushy at all. He took a very lengthy time to go over all our options on vehicles with the right fit for our family and spent so much time going over every detail of our purchase. His service made me finally understand what every line item charge is for. He was so informative and personable. My husband and I will always go to this dealership to purchase all our vehicles in the future. John Serritella is a huge asset to Sutton Ford. More
