My car was in need of tires and I was bringing it in for Auto Butler service, so I called ahead and spoke to Jillian (sorry if I spelled that wrong). I was not in any hurry to put tires on because our budget is very tight right now. Jillian was very helpful in assisting me through choosing the right tire and getting the best price. She pays attention to details and customer needs. Brian helped me get to a cashier and apply for Quick Lane credit line, interest free for one year! Totally affordable and great tire pick! Jillian is always pleasant, polite, and the best at customer service! Brian is also positive and friendly. These two employees are truly the best and why I keep coming back to Sutton. Jillian is a true asset to the Sutton Ford Family.
