Review of service I had "The Works" done. Oil change, tire rotation, brakes checked, fluids checked and topped off if needed. The Ouick Lane was busy so I used the wi-f I had "The Works" done. Oil change, tire rotation, brakes checked, fluids checked and topped off if needed. The Ouick Lane was busy so I used the wi-fi and checked e-mails while I waited. The staff was busy but took time to answer questions and talk to other customers and me when asked for clarifications or general questions. It was a good experience overall. (I do not see the names of the people who helped me but I think he was Bryan and the other one was a woman with a soft, high pitched voice. I see her there every time I go but I do not remember her name right now, sorry. She is always pleasant and helpful. If she is unsure or do not know an answer she will refer you to someone who may be able to help you.) I have never dealt with a salesperson at this time, I am unable to say. I dealt with a Mr. Perry in parts who helped me. More
Oil Change I will not return to Sutton Ford/Lincoln for service. I will go to Currie Motors. Dislike being able to make appointments for oil changes and having I will not return to Sutton Ford/Lincoln for service. I will go to Currie Motors. Dislike being able to make appointments for oil changes and having to wait over 2 hours. Once it was completed they asked if I wanted to run my car through the car wash. After waiting 25 minutes and seeing my car was still in the lot and not washed I told the guy to skip it. Very disappointed for a Lincoln dealership. The staff was friendly and polite in the service area. The lady at the cashier desk, not so friendly. More

Very Disappointed sometimes with situations at the dealership. Also both Sales persons I dealt with both left? One came back didn't seem very concerned about anything he got the sale. More
Took a long time for a job that looked rushed I had an 11am appt for auto butler..basically getting my explorer detailed. I was there for 2 hours and 45 minutes. By the time I got my truck back it was raining and I was late to pick up my husband so I left in a hurry. Because it was raining I cannot speak for the exterior but the interior was bad. They swept some of the floor but not in the back. Their cleaner always leaves smear marks on all the chrome accents that I have to polish off later. But the worst were windshield and touchscreen....cleaner was heavily speckled all over the bottom 12 inches or so of the windshield. It's a mess. It's really frustrating to waste your day only to have to go home later and reclean everything yourself. More
