Awesome! I had an appointment originally scheduled for a Monday at 10am but I was told at 8am that they had to cancel it because a mechanic called in sick. I informed them that I took off work for this appointment so they offered me a loaner and told me to pick it up on Tuesday before 845p and they will work on my vehicle on Wednesday morning. I was also told that I didn't have to worry about returning it with the full tank of gas that it had in it. Melissa text me almost daily to give me an update on my vehicle. She was always very professional, helpful and accommodating. My vehicle was serviced for a whole week and when she text me that it was ready she said they cleaned it up for me and I didn't have to pay the usual $100 deductible. I also had a thank you card waiting from Melissa and a small gift. This is the best service I have ever received in the 20 years I have owned vehicles. I love this dealership and will be back to purchase another Lincoln within the next couple of years and will have all of my services done here. More

Broken Tensioner 2012 Ford Escape I was visiting from out of town. My belt tensioner broke. AAA recommended Sutton Ford as “I would get a AAA discount”, so AAA towed my car here. I I was visiting from out of town. My belt tensioner broke. AAA recommended Sutton Ford as “I would get a AAA discount”, so AAA towed my car here. I wrote on the key drop off form specifically that the tensioner on the serpentine belt was broken and I even supplied the best serpentine belt they make with my car when dropped off. Car was fixed the following Tuesday. My diagnosis was correct and my warranty paid the repairs , but I was charged $130 for a “diagnostic fee” even though I’m the one who made the diagnosis! I never did see any AAA discount either, nor was my receipt itemized, etc. They do initiate a “text “ message to you when they start looking at your car, and you think, “great communication!”, but then you realize NONE of your texts are answered at all. I still ended up having to call, wait for callbacks “because he’s with another customer, etc”. In all, communication was terrible. It’s like I’m visiting a VA as regards thus. Just too big of an operation to be manageable apparently. I would not recommend this Ford shop to anyone. Way too big, and way too busy to provide timely personal service. I live several hundred miles from Sutton Ford, and am thankful I have apparently more ethical Ford dealers closer to me. Very disappointed. For a tensioner replacement!! My “diagnostic fee” should have covered this at a regular shop, especially when I provided the belt. More

ford service I brought my truck in for a humming noise and to reattatch rear veiw mirror.I was told i need a belt,tensioner and idler pully,The total cost of every I brought my truck in for a humming noise and to reattatch rear veiw mirror.I was told i need a belt,tensioner and idler pully,The total cost of everything,was 643 dollars.Holy crap,i told them no,just reinstall the rear veiw mirror,that was 137 dollars.My mirror was installed,it is loose and shakes all the time.I priced the other parts,motorcraft parts from a auto parts store,the total cost was 100 dollars.Why so expensive?Needless to say,im not happy.Now i have to find someone to do the mirror correctley and for 137 dollars it shoulda been done right.Next time i will strongley think about taking it somewhere else. More
