The Auto Butler Program is great and I always good service. One spoils the bunch The quick lube guys were good.. The service woman next to the cashier was very helpful. If I referred someone it would to her. EVERY time I come for work on my car (3rd time) I have to return for them to correct a problem they created. Recently I had a recall on my door panel. I let them fix it. Because it took so long, I was rushing out the facility to pick my children up. When I got home I noticed that I could see staples coming out the panel through my window. Now I have to return for them to fix it! It's so frustrating and time consuming to have to keep coming back. More
