Auto Butler and Remote start Jamie checked me in and also checked the Remote and solved that problem as somehow it was turned off. Easy fix but he knew what to do. Poor customer service I was highly disappointed with the poor service received using the shuttle. I was misinformed on several instances that the shuttle would be on its wa I was highly disappointed with the poor service received using the shuttle. I was misinformed on several instances that the shuttle would be on its way and it was not. No communication was initiated by the company to explain the issues, instead I had to continue to call the office to inquire about the delay in service and was not given a definitive explanation until 2 hours later. I received no apology or compensation for the poor customer service, the lack of efficiency and consideration. It was very upsetting and frustrating as it caused delays in my personal plans. More

Auto Butler Dropped my Explorer off for the Auto Butler. When I picked it up I noticed it was not done properly.
