The Auto Butler Program is great and I always good service. The auto butler program is nice because it's good to have the car back every six months to have it completely cleaned and have the protective coated r The auto butler program is nice because it's good to have the car back every six months to have it completely cleaned and have the protective coated reapplied to the exterior paint. Friendly staff, horrible service The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. The service is very poor. EVERY time I come for work on my car (3rd time) I have The staff is extremely friendly. The facility is clean and welcoming. The service is very poor. EVERY time I come for work on my car (3rd time) I have to return for them to correct a problem they created. Recently I had a recall on my door panel. I let them fix it. Because it took so long, I was rushing out the facility to pick my children up. When I got home I noticed that I could see staples coming out the panel through my window. Now I have to return for them to fix it! It's so frustrating and time consuming to have to keep coming back. More
