The representative I worked with actually made me smile and feel like a company cared for my business. Not Encouraging I had two vehicles serviced on July 25th my Edge and Explore. The edge had a low tire pressure warning when I arrived and when I left the same war I had two vehicles serviced on July 25th my Edge and Explore. The edge had a low tire pressure warning when I arrived and when I left the same warning was on. The service log stated that the tire pressure was checked. This could mean different things none of which reflects good on the service team. I noticed as I was driving home that the change oil sticker that identify the next change date and mileage had not been update. After speaking with my wife she also noticed that her sticker was not updated, WOW ! I have been servicing my vehicles at Sutton Ford for almost seven years and I can not express the level of my disappointment with what I experienced on this visit. More

We support this dealership because it is black owned. My husband is a Ford employee and him and my father have purchased new cars from this dealership. This is my 1st time purchasing a car from Sutton and w husband is a Ford employee and him and my father have purchased new cars from this dealership. This is my 1st time purchasing a car from Sutton and while the staff was pleasant, I didn't like the hidden cost associated with buying this used car for my son. I am not sure we got a fair deal, but the deal is done. We will reconsider where we go in the future. Also, it was my understanding that a full tank of gas was going to be put in the car, but when my son took the car back to the dealership it was only a half a tank of gas that was put in, not clear why that was the case.
