My experience was absolutely horrible. I am looking into speaking with someone above the service manager. The only manager that was willing to fix the problem was Mike. Cree Lyons is very unprofessional and speaking with someone above the service manager. The only manager that was willing to fix the problem was Mike. Cree Lyons is very unprofessional and disorganized. Ms. Lyons experienced miscommunication within the staff at Sutton Ford and made the discussion to call a customer which is myself and proceeded to speak to me in a very unprofessional manner. Ms. Lyons manager was even more unprofessional and rude. I have a 2014 Ford Focus and the transmission in my vehicle is causing problems and my car is unsafe to drive. I was told that by many different workers within Ford. I was speaking with Eric about what was going on with my car because this is my FOURTH time bringing my car to get fixed and each time everyone said that they know what the problem is because all of the Ford Focus are doing the exact same thing but they could not fix it without a check engine light and they told me to continue to drive my vehicle until it come on. I did as advised until I almost slide off the expressway with my toddler. Once again I was sent home with my vehicle and a bill about things that is not a issue to why my car is unsafe. More

This was the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I wouldn't not recommend Sutton Ford to anyone! My service was also horrible when my radio was fixed the person who worked on my car broke ever had. I wouldn't not recommend Sutton Ford to anyone! Team seemed confused that I would have an auto butler and oil change on the same visit. Had to call multiple times to check progress. When I came to get the truck, it was parked in the general lot, not by service so I wandered in the rain looking. After that, I saw the interior was superficially clean with crumbs still on the cup holder. If the auto butler is a mandatory program- my truck needs to be clean and appointments convenient. More

Very helpful and friendly staff the whole process was very easy and fairly fast at least as fast as possible when purchasing a new vehicle.
