Took my edge in gave it back scratched. Took back in to remove scratches and was told did the best they could. Was told manager would call me Monday and still haven’t heard anything back. The Quick Lane is far from quick. I waited over two hours just to get an oil change and the mechanic that serviced my Ford Edge was supposedly servicing multiple cars at the same time. Erick was not very friendly at all!! to began with from day one. Not at all informative on my service, no smile no hello just made things more difficult for me as a customer. , second lost my mirror cover day one.
