The check in process was pretty good. It was just making an appointment was pointless. It was still a 3 hour wait! 2 hours before they got the car. Then about an hour to do the work…Als It was just making an appointment was pointless. It was still a 3 hour wait! 2 hours before they got the car. Then about an hour to do the work…Also when I purchased the car I was given two free oil changes. They used my ford pass points…. Smh More

The interior on the driver door had cigarette ashes soon as I opened the door was not happy about that. The tail gate had water stains on it . We brought it in for the auto butler.
