I do not know who Michael is that is being referenced however Sutliff VW knocked it out of the park. I live in the Lehigh Valley and essentially no one was willing to negotiate. I never gave up and ended up 1.5 hours from my home after seeing the exact Atlas Cross sport I wanted. I essentially dealt 100% online with not only the new Atlas Cross Sport, but also my trade. Alison was fantastic. She referred me to Todd for the pick up of the vehicle who was equally as fantastic. Tommy with the finance department had everything completed upon my arrival. I was literally in and out of the dealership within 1.5 hours, most of that time was focused on the vehicle functionality. Thank you. I will definitely refer my friends and family if purchasing VW.
