Sutherlin Subaru

We are very disappointed with our experience at Sutherlin Subaru and with Deeanna. While their facility is nice and they are kind in person we do not feel that they deal in good faith. We purchased a used car from them and the next day were left stranded on the side of the road because the alternator went out. While we understand the possibility of issues with a used car, their cars are supposedly inspected and in good mechanical condition when sold. Alternators do not just die with no warning, it is an issue they would have been aware of and chose not to address. They made no efforts to make it right (leaving us with a $900 bill the day after purchasing a vehicle) and even ignored our attempts to contact them. More

I am very thankful to Sutherlin Subaru for all the support and service they provided to my family. This past winter my husband was very ill with cancer and the battery to my Subaru died. I forgot to t support and service they provided to my family. This past winter my husband was very ill with cancer and the battery to my Subaru died. I forgot to turn off the light that drained the battery overnight. Sutherlin Subaru towed my car and provided me with a loaner car while they had my car. The loaner car was an EV soltera, a very fun car to drive. They kept me informed of the repair process of my car. Thank you so much for an awesome service experience when I needed it the most! More

After a spillage on my engine from a oil change they cleaned it fully without incident. Some dealers may have tried to hide this but the service department was honest and thorough.
