We have purchased two cars from Sutherlin Subaru. They really do try to upsell all the insurance and warranties. That can be irritating. Sutherlin Subaru has a warm and inviting atmosphere. I don’t like that they seem to use whichever spot is available to do a deal. And when you come back from a test drive, the first spot you were at is now taken by another salesperson. Everyone is exceptionally kind, respectful and cordial. They seem to be very busy all the time. They do have a great service department. This dealership is so astronomically better than Grayson in Knoxville. No way would I consider ever going back to Grayson. Nope. Sutherlin has my Subaru business to infinity and beyond. We recommend Rob for salesman. He is smart and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. He is top notch. More

I recently accompanied my mother to this dealership to view a car we found online, only to encounter a troubling experience. Within 24 hours, the monthly price dropped from $781 to $617, and it became cle view a car we found online, only to encounter a troubling experience. Within 24 hours, the monthly price dropped from $781 to $617, and it became clear the numbers were being manipulated—one offer listed a $48,000 selling cost, another $38,000, with high costs shuffled between lines to obscure the pricing. It felt like an attempt to take advantage of my mother rather than prioritize our best interests. The salesman, Caleb, was honest, respectful, and professional, a bright spot in the process. However, the finance manager, Josh, was rude, aggressive, and overly pushy. We ultimately visited another dealership, where we purchased the same car—fully loaded—for a lower price, complete with an excellent gap insurance and warranty package that Josh refused to offer, likely to inflate my mother’s costs. Additionally, this dealership undervalued her trade-in by $5,000 compared to the better offer we received elsewhere. Between Josh’s bullying tactics and the dealership’s shady practices, which reinforce the worst stereotypes about car sales, I strongly advise against doing business here. Shop around to avoid being overcharged and harassed. More

We took our car for the first oil change. The dealer was courteous and friendly. And got the job done in about 40 minutes. Plus they washed and cleaned the inside of the windows and car.
