I recently brought my vehicle in for service and spent over $2,100 on repairs. Unfortunately, upon leaving, I realized that the original issue was not resolved. Doug shared a video indicating an electrical shortage, and I was informed that additional repairs would cost $500. After consulting with my cousin, who is a mechanic, it was determined that the issue was not electrical but rather a faulty connector. When I raised this with Doug, another mechanic, Ricky, confirmed that the problem was indeed with the connector. I am deeply disappointed with the service provided. It seems there is a readiness to charge for repairs, but when issues persist, there is a reluctance to engage with the customer. Additionally, after bringing the car home, I discovered that the gas gauge is now malfunctioning. When I contacted Doug, I was told that this is a new issue, which adds to my frustration. Both of my vehicles are Nissans, but after this experience, I am reconsidering my loyalty to the brand. I hope that this matter can be resolved to restore my confidence in your service. More
