NO!!!!!! Customer service. Ho one seems to know anything. Will Never take car there. when I tried to set up time for simple oil change was told to wait, never came back on line. Called back. George and his team understand what good customer service looks like and it shows in his ability to lead the parts department. They work well with the service department and sales teams to ensure my experience is always pleasant and seamless. I have been buying cars from US for 10 years. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. I am on my third Pathfinder LE that US has sold to me. All the vehicles have been excellent. nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. I am on my third Pathfinder LE that US has sold to me. All the vehicles have been excellent. I constantly recommend him and refer him clients. I have to drive 2 hours to visit him , but it is well worth it for several reasons. US is friendly, likeable, honest, resonable and always available to his clients. I always look forward to a visit with him. I have visited and done business at other Nissan dealerships and NONE compare to his. More often then not, the staff's actions at other dealerships do not translate into believable assessments or genuine concern for my business. US has recently developed a unique signature on his correspondence with his clients. That signature is "US Marine...your friend in the car business" that could'nt be more true. I am a single woman and I don't have time and energy to worry about being taken advantage of. Dave Dalton and Carlos Quinones are two that you can trust. The Service Advisor was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He gave me the best diagnosis of my car's problem and the best price.
