I was pleasantly surprised at how far they are willing to make things work to satisfaction for both sides, the client, and the store. Elvis Wayne was my sales person, and I have no words to express how grateful I am to have worked with him. He went to great lengths to make sure I was happy with whatever car I could afford. His friendliness and desire to make things simple are just superb! (no pressure at all! As I've purchased vehicles via the internet in the past, what usually will make or break it for the dealership of choice is how the internet contact responds. Charlie's approach was very professional as I jumped between a couple of vehicles and then had a couple of dealers make him work a bit more. He was very thorough in his explanations to my multiple email inquires of the different models, my concerns, responding to what I was in need of and why, answering some tedious questions on the differences of the models and really just being timely with responses and not pushy trying to get me into the dealership. Upon finally going to the dealership for a test drive, I wasn't disappointed as he truly was a professional act who listened very well. Now it was just a matter of coming to an acceptable price. As I'm a handshake individual, I shared I wanted to sleep on their offer. Charley understood and didn't push the issue. Needless to say, I returned the next day and purchased the vehicle at a slightly higher price than I originally was hoping for but do believe the education I received on the difference in price quotes from the competitors might very well have been for a slightly lesser vehicle. Charlie's professional approach helped seal deal for me! More
