Thanks to Michael Norris and the Sutherlin Nissan team!!! I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to Michael Norris for being such an awesome person to work with. My 2011 Altima was deemed a total l I don't have enough words to express my gratitude to Michael Norris for being such an awesome person to work with. My 2011 Altima was deemed a total loss after water damage and I needed a replacement vehicle ASAP. My financial situation is not the best right now, but not once did Mr. Norris talk down to me or make me feel bad about it. He was able to do what I thought was impossible and I was able to drive home in my brand new 2015 Nissan Altima!!!! I also worked with Mr. Sammy De La Rosa in the Business office. We all know that this is where the dealership makes much of their money but not once did Mr. De La Rosa pressure me into buying options and coverage i did not need. I will be telling everyone I know about Sutherlin Nissan and when I need a new car(hopefully that won't be for a long long time) I will be bypassing the Nissan dealership near me and heading straight to Sutherlin!!! More
