He found me the exact SUV I dreamt of and I was able to drive out of the lot in my beautiful and luxurious Nissan Rogue. I was very skeptical about going into Sutherlin Nissan due to the reviews that I had read online but Everyone has an opinion and with a Salesman like Mark, you won't be let down. I could never Thank him enough for the excellence in my experience that I received today. He was open and honest with me from the moment I reached out to him to discuss what I was looking for. He didn't pressure me or do anything to get me into just ANY vehicle he actually took several days to get me exactly what I wanted. He is wonderful as well as U.S MARINE. U.S is extremely friendly and nice and with the two of them I have nothing but positive things to say about Sutherlin Nissan and they gave me the reassurance that a dealership isn't too bad after all. In conclusion, please don't listen to others reviews and use that to base whether or not you go to a particular dealership. I highly recommend Mark Llanos if you want the best of the best experiences when in the market for a new vehicle. More

Vasquez is the associate I had the pleasure of working with. He took extra care to ensure that I was getting the best vehicle, at the absolute best price. He didn't hesitate to walk me through the pro's and con's of each vehicle, dependability, maintenance, ect. More importantly, he understood the value of getting a great car for my family and I. I've had some negative experiences with dealerships in the past but Mr. Vasquez was unlike anything I had ever seen. He put in so much work to get me the vehicle that I wanted and needed. The entire staff did a great job as well and I can guarantee that the next time I need to purchase a vehicle that it will be with Sutherlin Nissan. I wish the ratings went beyond 5 stars because this establishment deserves 10. If you are looking for a family like environment, a great car at a great price, and honest opinions about car buying then Sutherlin is where you need to be. Bait and switch, misleading, unethical, dishonest! One of the worst experiences ever!These guys are probably the most unethical, unlawful set of people I have ever run across. We had pre-pre-negotiate One of the worst experiences ever!These guys are probably the most unethical, unlawful set of people I have ever run across. We had pre-pre-negotiated the 24K out the door price, three hours of re-negotiating and confirming that deal in house. They send us to the finance d epartment and after having us sign plenty of documents they finally bring us the bill of sale, it's 12k over what we had negotiated. They tried to be conniving and diss-honest and play dumb when we brought it to their attention. They tried to act like they had no idea what "out the door" meant, the most common phrase in the automotive sales business. They even wrote it on several different documents "24K OTD" We eventually walked out with disgust. More
No support for Leafs Sutherlin used to be the dealer to go to if you owned or wanted to own a Nissan leaf. We purchased 2 leafs with the promise that Sutherlin Nissan, alo Sutherlin used to be the dealer to go to if you owned or wanted to own a Nissan leaf. We purchased 2 leafs with the promise that Sutherlin Nissan, along with other local dealers would make EV life easier by providing level 3 chargers for our cars. Sutherlin Nissan has not fulfilled that promise by allowing the level 3 charger to be out of service for the past 6 months. If Sutherlin doesn't get their act together, when March rolls around many Leaf owners in central Florida will be dropping deposits on the Tesla model 3 and jump ship. Dishonest, unprofessional and unethical personal I speak for my husband who is very upset and embarrassed of the situation. He trusted his sales person Tobic Edouard and the sales manager who at the I speak for my husband who is very upset and embarrassed of the situation. He trusted his sales person Tobic Edouard and the sales manager who at the end tricked him on his trade. They never add up the components that make up the price so at the end when you go to financing they close the deal fast without explaining the details hopping you don't notice all the hidden dealer fees. Unfortunately my husband loved the car and was closing the deal at 9:30 pm on Sunday the staff was tired and wanted to go home as well as my husband that did not pay attention to the finance details. He got tricked for his trade for over $5,000, dealer fees added to almost $1,000 and was sold a vehicle that had mechanical problems and should had not been put for sale until the problems were fixed. My husband called first thing Monday morning to report the problem with the car and also to go over the agreement terms which he did not agree with. The answer we got was you signed already the car is yours. He had to take over a loan that went over $6,000 of his budget. We explained the problem in detail to several higher ups, but none wanted to acknowledge their mistakes or shady tactics and repeatedly showed their incompetence and lack honesty. They took the car to repair it and that's when we confirmed more lies from the sales person and managers. We have spoken with 5 managers already and no one seams to care. Still today the car is getting repair "supposedly" because it was originally going to be ready Thursday, then Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday, then Wednesday. Come today and still the car is not ready. The sales person told my husband that he was on his way to pick up the car from the repair shop and that would be ready tomorrow morning. That's not the only issue but no one gives my husband a call to inform him that the car is not ready or to give him updates on the repair. He has to call constantly until he is able to speak with a manager because the sales person never returns his calls. Each manager says something different and no one wants to take the blame. Oh just right before i was about to complete the review another manager named Javier Acevedo calls my husband to let him know that the car will be ready Friday. This is a joke! They can't make up their minds. The entire experience lacks professionalism and customer service. I would never recommend such a DISHONEST dealership like Sutherlin Nissan More
