Buyer Beware of Sutherlin Nissan Had the worst possible experience @ Sutherlin. The words Trust and Honesty don't exist here. Went to buy a car here and after 5. hours was persuaded t Had the worst possible experience @ Sutherlin. The words Trust and Honesty don't exist here. Went to buy a car here and after 5. hours was persuaded to lease. After agreeing on a set price, went to financial office and the gentleman their was not very confident (had to ask for help twice). He went thru lease agreement without really explaining everything. We signed figuring the price numbers where what we agreed upon. Our mistake for not looking everything over with a fine tuned microscope. A week later received in the mail the Lease agreement ...... MAJOR SHOCK + DEVASTATION the figures didn't match on what we agreed on. Gross capitalized cost was not even close to what we agreed on. Residual value was wrong. Total ripoff - sham. Went back to Sutherlin to get help (already four things wrong with the car). Talked to two managers and nothing positive happened, because we already signed the lease. Back to TRUST + HONESTY - Forget it we were Deceived, Lied to,Duped, Tricked,and Taken advantage of. What you agree on and was told that it was correct, you should be able to Trust and Believe in that person. Their not willing to help or rectify the situation. The entire experience lacks professionalism, integrity, honesty, trust, and good customer service. If you are looking to get treated with dignity and respect than seek another car dealership. More

I was greeted by Liliana Crane (sales) and make a long story short from beginning to end she was fantastic. I ended up driving a 2016 Nissan Sentra SV. From the minute I walked in to the minute I drove out, it was such an amazing overall experience. There was no wasted time. She made sure I understood and agreed to everything before signing. Worst dealer ever ! Worst business ever!! I understand that the dealer needs to make the best of each trade with the clients in order to keep the dealer operation; also I Worst business ever!! I understand that the dealer needs to make the best of each trade with the clients in order to keep the dealer operation; also I understand that I'm an adult who sign for a an agreement which I was supposed to be as much educated as possible about what I’m signing in. But, certainly, this was ripped off. I was tricked and overwhelmed by a bunch of numbers projected by one of the sales manager(Anthony) & sales rep (Alberto) of which I will end up paying nothing closer to what I expected & lured into take the 2016 Rouge S instead of the 2016 Rouge SV (the one we wanted) because under their eyes ' there wasn't no way in the world' to pay $450 for a 2016 rouge SV with a 709 credit score & no down payment. Surprisingly, after over 4 hours in the dealer, tired & hungry, agreed on the 2016 Rouge S which later realized THEY CHARGED/FINANCED ME $27,000 just for the car (without the extras); OVER $7K from the base price on any dealer. Of course, everybody knows that for that price you can have at least the 2016 rouge SV and maybe the SL on a great deal. But they masked all the numbers really good. Of course they got a financial manager (Sam) who either didn't care or let it slide. Anyway, by the time I came back to reclaim this to another Financial manager(Javier Acevedo), it was already too late because the only thing I heard from him was that I already sign the contract and he wasn't on the deal that day to determine the business agreements. Come on!! Someone has to do something about this. Got there hoping to pay $420-$450monthly. Ended up paying $500 and driving an extremely overpriced (over $34k) 2016 Rouge. Great job Southerlin Nissan in Orlando! More
