In the past, I have experienced great service at Sutherlin Nissan Orlando. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was inconvenient and unprofessional. The service took an unexpected three days. Sutherlin Nissan Orlando. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was inconvenient and unprofessional. The service took an unexpected three days. I was not prepared to make last minute commuting and sleeping arrangements. It would have been nice to have been offered a courtesy car rental. The reason(s) of what needed to be serviced kept changing and parts was continued to be added to service. The total cost being $2946.72, which was an amount I was not expecting to pay. The communication between the service consultant and myself (the customer) was terrible. More
