The issue was never resolved. Tech misdiagnosed the issue. This caused the vehicle to be at shop longer than expected. Since the issue was misdiagnosed, the problem was never fixed and I was charged hundreds of dollars in fees for nothing. Eventually, I took my vehicle to another mechanic that was able to diagnose the problem, order a replacement part, and fix it within 3 hours. More
