Every time I come for an oil change it take 45 min to one hr. This last visit I I can't for my appointment. 3 hrs went by and nobody updated me on the status of my vehicle. I went to inquire about it and tur hr. This last visit I I can't for my appointment. 3 hrs went by and nobody updated me on the status of my vehicle. I went to inquire about it and turned out the mechanic hadn't even started in it. He was tied up with another job. They could have assigned another mechanic or at least kept me informed. I'll have to find another place to do my maintenance that can ensure they are able to handle the work. More
