I would first like to say that the internet department did an excellent job on getting me into my brand new car. John Leone promised me that he would get me into my car and he did! Not only did he make me did an excellent job on getting me into my brand new car. John Leone promised me that he would get me into my car and he did! Not only did he make me feel comfortable with my purchase but he listened to my needs and made sure that I walked out with a smile on my face! Not only did John Leone took the time to make sure that I made the right decision on my car, but his honesty, and bright personality made my experience purchasing my new 2011 Nissan Versa a walk in the park. We did hit a bump before my purchase, but like I said everything was smoothed out. I have had past negative experience from other car dealerships such as Toyota in Fort Myers and in Orlando off of West Colonial that promised that they could get me in a car and I walked out with a broken dream. After purchasing my car, even Ryan Ortiz went over all my paperwork with me with full detail explaining my interest rate, etc. Ryan Ortiz made sure that at the time of signing it would be a smooth process for me! I have been buying cars from US for 10 years. I have nothing but great things to say about him and his staff. I am on my third Pathfinder LE that US has sold to me. I constantly recommend him and refer him clients. I have to drive 2 hours to visit him , but it is well worth it for several reasons. US is friendly, likeable, honest, resonable and always available to his clients. I always look forward to a visit with him. I have visited and done business at other Nissan dealerships and NONE compare to his. More often then not, the staff's actions at other dealerships do not translate into believable assessments or genuine concern for my business. US has recently developed a unique signature on his correspondence with his clients. That signature is "US Marine...your friend in the car business" that could'nt be more true. I usually don't go so far as to rate...but the customer service at Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando was amazing! I was looking for a new Altima for my wife and these guys really hit the deal out of the park...a service at Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando was amazing!
