Misinformation, about battery warranty the first advisor sit in front of the left door, advise my warranty expire without review correctly, advise have 7 years warranty he said the battery warranty expire a sit in front of the left door, advise my warranty expire without review correctly, advise have 7 years warranty he said the battery warranty expire after 3 years you have to buy a new one, ask another advisor he provided the correct information, provided the receipt, he treat me as a customer, I was really disappointed with the first advisor. Mr. Guy Mccumber was amazing. Made me feel like he cared about my situation and wanted to genuinely help me. The gentleman before him was nice as well helping me to understand the appointment process but wa about my situation and wanted to genuinely help me. Going back to Guy, he and a lead mechanic came out to explain to me that all the checks came back fine three times and would not recommend a very expensive part replacement since the checks came out fine.
