All this at the end of the month. When I finally settled on a vehicle two days later he again took the time to go over in detail with me and my wife the function and operations of the equipment that came in the car. I have owned numerous new vehicles over the years and In the past I have always preferred to come into a dealership and meet in person with a sales associate. I am not an internet person and would not go online to shop the deal. I went into a TX dealership and met with an associate and got their best price on a Pathfinder and picked one out to purchase. I had to leave TX to come to FL before I could finalize the deal. I went online with Aaron D'Amico in route to FL and when I arrived I had a vehicle ready and saved $3,000. I am now a firm believer in internet shopping. It was so easy and painless! Aaron went way above and beyond. When I get the complements on my new Pathfinder I let them know about Aaron and Sutherlin Nissan. Best car buying experience I have ever had! More
This was my first visit to the new location on East Colonial drive. I had a mediocre experience the last time I visited the old Semoran location, but the service incentives they sent to advertise the n Colonial drive. I had a mediocre experience the last time I visited the old Semoran location, but the service incentives they sent to advertise the new shop were enough to get me to give them another try. The new place is amazing - bright, clean, safe, friendly - I could easily hang out there for an hour or so for an oil change (and I will!). I was promptly greeted by Jonathan who already knew I was coming - their online appointment system was excellent! He got my vehicle checked in super quick and pointed me to the lounge where I could grab free coffee and breakfast treats. I told him that because the maintenance would take a few hours, I would like a shuttle back to my home office. No problem, I was in a nice SUV with a very polite and friendly driver within minutes. An hour or two later and I was called with my inspection results, Jonathan explained the additional problems they found and my options, and took the time to explain everything. Once I verified the work, I was called a few hours later to let me know the car was ready but the shuttle had a few more stops to make. No problem for me, I work from home so I had no deadlines except to get my car before the service center closed. A few minutes later I was picked up and back at the dealership. Paperwork settled, they drove my car right up and to my delight, it was freshly washed! I used to drive up to Reed Nissan where I originally purchased my Versa for all my service. But now that I've had a great experience with Sutherlin and it's so much closer, there's no reason for me to not make this my go-to dealership for service. More

First of all, I normally dislike the whole "car buying routine". You get there, you find a car, then you deal with the normal, back and forth song and dance "let me see if I can give you the deal buying routine". I honestly did not expect my visit to be any different. Aaron, found me a vehicle within my teeny tiny, microscopic budget. A car I didn't even originally want to consider. He as able to get me a great deal on a brand spanking new Xterra. I also felt that I got a square deal on my trade in (AKA The Blue Bomber). I like the fact that the staff is diverse, people were smiling and focused on their customers. These guys work hard!! I have a new appreciation. My daughter is coming home from college in January and will need a car. I know where I will be going to find that car.....Aaron at Sutherlin. One less thing to worry about. I was amazed how much he knew about every detail of each car I looked at. I finally decided to purchase an Altima and WOW! What a nice car. The finance manager Farouk (I hope I spelled his name correctly) made the financing work better than I expected with no hassle what so ever. And then came the icing on the cake...I spun the prize wheel in the showroom and won a 1 week cruise for 2. SCORE!!! I also met the general sales manager John Bannon who took the time to congratulate me on my purchase and my free cruise. Highly recommend!!!
