I went in to trade my Rogue for a new vehicle, and was immediately met by David, who showed me several options. He didn't just try to put me in the first car I saw, and took his time and explained the pros and cons of each vehicle I was interested in until I finally aggreed on the Nissan Maxima. It is a truly stunning car, and I am very pelased with it, and the service that David provided. I didn't feel like a sales pitch or a number. He made me feel like a valued customer, and I will never forget that. I intend on making this dealership my permanent one and should I ever buy a vehicle again, it will definatley be from Sutherlin Nissan and in particular I will look for David. I went to Sutherlin Nissan hoping to purchase a new car. The minute I pulled up Marcos was waiting by our car in a golf cart. I have puchased several cars before, I must say that this was the first time ever that I didn't dread going to a car dealer. There was no need to stress about how they would approach me with pricing because he knew up front exactly what I wanted and he was going to get it for me. There was absolutely no pressure at all.
