Better ride and more features than the competitors cars we drove and a better value as well. My wife choose the Sentra because it had more room than the Corolla we tested and the ride was better. My wife told him what we were looking for and how much we wanted to pay, and Aaron assured her that we would be leaving the dealership on Saturday in a brand new Pathfinder. Of course, after talking to my wife, I had my doubts about the whole thing, but low and behold, we drove out of the dealership in a brand new 2014 Pathfinder just as Aaron had assured us. Not only did Aaron make us feel very welcomed, he also made the whole experience very fast and easy. AWESOME EXPERIENCE Unfortunately about 5 months ago I was the victim of our failing economy and worked for a company who viewed me as expense instead of an asset. After working for the same company for 15 years I was let go, I had a car and a car payment that I no longer could afford. Travis and Elvis went out of their way to help me out, even though I was at their mercy and the ball was in their court they never ever made me feel that way, they made me feel important, cared for and more importantly they had genuine empathy for my situation. We sat down and figured out what could or would work for me, it was never about them. Every single person I came in contact with at this dealership was polite and friendly, trust me this is not your typical car dealership with cocky and arrogant people walking around, this is truly a family atmosphere and they care, they want to establish a long term relationship with you, I never felt like let's sell her a car, rip her off and get her out of here. We recently purchased a car from another dealership and the process was very stressful, we spoke with at least 5 to 6 people between sales and finance, we were there for 8 hours or more and after all of that we ended up with a car that we were not happy with, not to mention the ridiculously high price we were charged. At Sutherlin Nissan Orlando, we were extremely pleased with the individual attention we received, we spoke with only two people, we were there for a short period of time (we enjoyed ever minute of it), we love our new Nissan Altima, and we received a fantastic deal. I would really like to give a heart-felt thanks to Aaron D'Amico. He is an awesome "Sales Professional" no doubt about it; however, I just want to give him his props for his character.
