Shane was a God send when myself and my other half entered Sutherlan Nissan. We had just had an awful experience at the neighboring Kia dealership. Shane quickly reassured us that the experience at Ni entered Sutherlan Nissan. We had just had an awful experience at the neighboring Kia dealership. Shane quickly reassured us that the experience at Nissan would be much better and it was. He was kind enough to go through several options for us which ultimately led us to buy two vehicles from him. In June 2013 My Fiance and I were visiting Universal from St Pete Fl, We had been thinking of trading in his old Ford ranger for awhile but figured we would wait, we happened to stop by the dealership were M St Pete Fl, We had been thinking of trading in his old Ford ranger for awhile but figured we would wait, we happened to stop by the dealership were Mr. Castro sold us on Our New 2012 Titan, After Farouk Worked his Magic and My fiance signed all paper work, Castro sold us on another 2013 Nissan Sentra, the SAME night. We drove away that night with two brand new cars. Although it was late evening, they were absolutely amazing. Recently, I had small service issue with the Sentra paint and I called to speak to a manager, Mr John Bannon suggested we come in, we went in and spoke to the team regarding different options, needless to say Castro, Farouk and John worked their magic and we drove off with the 2014 Nissan Altima!
