I purchased a 2014 Titan top of the line, everything I wanted and more. My husband and I needed a new car and we were on a time limit as well as a budget. We visited other dealers and had left feeling talked down to or as if the employees didn't have the time to talk with us. limit as well as a budget. All of that changed when we visited Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando to inquire about an internet special that was advertised. We had the immense pleasure of having Elvis Wayne work with us to find the car that we wanted. He made getting a new car FUN! Overall, we left feeling extremely satisfied and knowing that everything possible had been done to assist us. More

For many months, I wanted to buy a car. I visited many dealers, but at Sutherlin Nissan, I found what I was looking for. At Sutherlin Nissan, Mark Estefan, sales representative, offered the most amazing professional customer service I have ever seen in any other dealership. He welcomed my family and I with all respect. His warm smile made me believe my friend who also recommended me to go to see Mark. He gave us such an awesome deal on our car. His manners and warm welcoming professional attitude made all of the difference to decide to buy my car. Also, Tarke in finance is such a helpful man. They both had patience and understanding of my need. Even after I bought my car, Mark was calling me to make sure everything is going the way I expected and that I am enjoying my car.
