My first service call for this car came 08/07/2012. I always knew that new models have bugs and other miscellaneous issues that may requires warranty calls and miscellaneous recals; however, John Barrington provided me with great service and took care of the problem. The Service and Parts team were excellent to my wife and I. Mr. George Fata (Parts Manager) was very polite and corteous. Overall, prior dealing with Sutherlin and this staff. All my car buying experience were negative and unplesant. Sutherlin have prove me the following: 1- That I am a costumer and I was treated very fair on my purchase. I called to inquire about a vehicle and reached Samantha. She was unable to give me specifics about it so she passed me on to her "manager" John Leone. As I was asking him about the differences between this particular vehicle and others like it, he became aggitated, started raising his voice at me, and acted as if I was bothersome to him simply because I was asking questions about a vehicle I was interested in purchasing and stated that he couldn't provide me the information. John was extremely RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL to me as a customer, and UNKNOWLEDGABLE of the vehicles he is selling. Surprised at his bad attitude, lack of customer etiquette, and much to my surprise, I requested to speak with his manager. I then spoke to US Marine, I asked him the same question I asked John and he immediated answered it for me which explained everything. I asked US to speak to John about the way John Leone treats customers because people like are the "Bad Apple" that ruins the reputation of any organization. More

Sutherlin Nissan is not the most beautiful building, but the friendliness and helpfullness of the Sutherlin employees is its true beauty. I currently have a 2003 Maxima, and since its an older vehicle, I have had the privilege of encountering George Fata, the parts manager. His professionalism and honesty will always keep me coming back to Sutherlin. About a year ago, I bought a 2008 Armada from Mike Eddy. He's not pushy, and actually listened to what I say, and went out of his way, to meet my demands. I really appreciate the atmosphere of the whole dealership, which is almost like an extended family. I will be making a military move to Pittsburgh in about a wekk, but I will be comforted to know that my wife will still have Sutherlin for maintenance issues, or possible vehicle purchase. My Nissan Quest had a very complex problem, but the customer service team at Sutherlin worked tirelessly and did not give up until they found the problem and fixed it! Sutherlin hit a gold mine when they hired Douglas H. and Jonathan S. These two men have exceeded all my expectations; Doug is attentive, sincere, and genuinely caring; Jonathan is knowledgeable, understanding, and a great communicator. Both were very patient in the process and gave me have a hassle-free service experience. Besides calling me regularly to keep me informed on the progress of my vehicle and letting me borrow a courtesy car to drive, the most impressive example of customer care was a full tank of gas! Obviously, this was quite surprising and miles beyond the job expectations and certainly my expectations! I went to Lake Nissan dealership,went in . we were so far apart on a deal. Called me three days later & told me they had a better deal (didn't change) same O same O .
