Hard to prove battery dying, but Travis kept checking until they got it done. As for Nissan there was a recall about tie rod and we never got any notification. When booking the Recall, no estimate of time was provided. I was offered an oil change, even though the vehicle only had 3,000+ miles. Sutherlin Nissan has always taken care of me and provided top quality service. I recently moved 45 minutes away from the dealership, but I continue to utilize their services because of how they treat me and top quality service. Specifically, the service advisor, Doug, is by far the main reason I continue to come back. He always does everything he can to help me get in and out and ensures that I don't do anything to my vehicle that isn't necessary. More

Took my vehicle for service and had a 2 dollar Canadian coin in my console. It went missing during service and was worth about 30$. Guess someone thought I would not notice. I let service rep know and he c coin in my console. It went missing during service and was worth about 30$. Guess someone thought I would not notice. I let service rep know and he checked and did not find out anything. He then went to get service manager who chose to not come out. Guess he was too busy to deal with customers. The service rep offered a free rotation which he did not note anywhere and said nothing they could do. Someone had to be in bad shape to take a 2 dollar Canadian Tonnie. I won’t be so trusting in the future. It also took two hours for an oil change and tire rotation because someone misplaced our vehicle key. More

We are grateful to Guy and the technician who got us on the road sooner. Our transmission went so Guy Informed us that the technician stayed late to finish early the next day, so we get back on the road. G the road sooner.
