Mr. Wiggins' service exceeded my expectation as has been the since he became my Service Advisor. After each visit, I always say it is impossible for him provide better service. Each time I have been wrong. the since he became my Service Advisor. After each visit, I always say it is impossible for him provide better service. Each time I have been wrong. However, the service provided by Mt. Wiggins during my last visit, is absolutely the BEST service provided by any Service Advisor within the United States and during my military service in foreign countries He greeted me within THREE SECONDS of me driving into the service bay and before I had time to turn my car off. He has always listen patienly as I explain the service requested and I have ALWAYS been satisfied with the work performed by him and his TEAM. I truly hope that Sutherlin Nissan of Orlando recognize the superb quality of the service he provides and the fine example he sets for their Service Department. I STRONGLY recommend Mr. Wiggins be nominated for Nissan's Service Advisor of the year and I would proudly provide a statement supporting the recommendation. More
