Oil change & 65,000 mile check I was not greeted as I entered the office. No one looked up from their computers. I finally made eye contact. After that, I was immediately served. However, the music selection was very annoying....combination of rap and rock. With the television on and trying to read...it just provided noise! I waited two hours... Which I thought was very reasonable. When my car was doneā¦ Check out was easy and efficient. In fact, the clerk used my points to lower my bill which I appreciated. The same person who helped me in the lobby escorted me to my car. She was attentive and kind. I don't know her name but she had long hair braids and sat directly across from the entrance door in the service department. More

Service Dept. 2nd chance. Brought my 2000 Nissan Frontier in for an oil change several months ago and was less than impressed with the way the checkout was done. This week I brought in my 2017 Rogue in for its first oil change and tire rotation appointment. Richard checked me right in, called me when completed, took me to the cashier for checkout, then out to my car and wiped off all the technicians greasy fingerprints. Richard did a great job and has restored my optimism and faith in the Service Department side of the dealership. Thank you More

Great Service Trip I was pleasantly surprised at the east with which our car service was handled at Sutherlin Nissan. Once I checked in, I was invited into the lounge w I was pleasantly surprised at the east with which our car service was handled at Sutherlin Nissan. Once I checked in, I was invited into the lounge where I had the complimentary coffee (or water) and snacks. In a little over an hour, my service was completed along with a complimentary car wash and vacuum. All was done in a friendly and competent manner. Thank you! More

May car and I felt very taken care of! I had been putting off an oil change for some time and finally called to schedule one and they fit me in the very next day! I love that the dealership I had been putting off an oil change for some time and finally called to schedule one and they fit me in the very next day! I love that the dealership has a waiting section stocked with FREE coffee, bottled water and snacks so the wait does not feel as long. They even washed and vacuumed my car which I had also been putting off lol. Exceptional service. Very happy I purchased my car and had it Maintenanced all in the same spot! Thank you all. More

Mr. Laz Lopez in Management graciously assisted me as a customer when there was a concern, on one occasion also. Mr. Richard Pagan in the Sutherlin Nissan Service Dept., has provided exceptional customer service to me as a customer, many times. Recently, Mrs. Princess Colon has done so as well and exhibits the desire to help customers , the same as Mr. Pagan . Also recently, Service Representative Mrs. Katrina Houde provided excellent customer service in the Service department. Mr. Jorden, Automotive Technician also resolved a minor repair and knew immediately what the issue was as we took a short test drive in my 2017 Nissan Sentra. Mr. Eric Guzelf, follows up with me as a customer to insure that I'm satisfied with service provided.
