Service department is one of the best I have been to in a long time. Our car had a major problems. The service team had repaired in 2 days and back on the road. 0ne day to find the problem and get parts an a long time. Our car had a major problems. BEWARE! !!! Had the misfortune of meeting the OWNER Joe Veltri today......I was back for the THIRD time to have the same issue repaired.......poor gas milea !!! Had the misfortune of meeting the OWNER Joe Veltri today......I was back for the THIRD time to have the same issue repaired.......poor gas mileage.......Joe Veltri is an arrogant, pompous, insecure little man who only knows how to lie......if he were any better he could run for Mayor! Upon not being able to repair the issue which he is not capable of understanding he told me the reason I have poor gas mileage is because I have an older car......and Nissans being such a fine product get worse mechanically as thee age..... the car is a 2018........I asked him why, if this is the case did he charge me to "FIX" the problem twice already........he told me I should consider a new vehicle.....YES....another Nissan which will continue to disappoint you as you own it.......his service tech Zoe had already told me NOT to buy a new Nissan Rogue (same model as I currently own) because they are a xxx and service disaster.....one has to wonder if the OWNER of SUTHERLIN NISSAN IS HONEST.......why was not my car not fixed properly? Their inventory is low.....I receive solicitation from them monthly to buy the car back.......is this some form of poor service/new car deal bait and switch? DO NOT SHOP HERE, SERVICE HERE OR GO HERE! More
UPDATE: I WANT TO REPORT THAT JAVIER ACEVEDO THE FINANCE MANAGER IS AN INCREDIBLE PERSON WHO TRULY CARES. WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO IMMEDIATELY ASSISTED US WHEN WE ASKED, AND NO ONE ELSE WOULD! LITERALLY TOOK HI MANAGER IS AN INCREDIBLE PERSON WHO TRULY CARES. WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO IMMEDIATELY ASSISTED US WHEN WE ASKED, AND NO ONE ELSE WOULD! LITERALLY TOOK HIM ABOUT 6-8 MINUTES TO REVIEW, EXPLAIN, AND GET US TAKEN CARE OF HE SHOULD RUN THE WHOLE SHOW!! - Horrible!!! Am here at Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach just to cancel our extended warranty and cancel the protection on the rims and tire of the vehicle we no longer have and was paid for in Full!! We were told we could come on Saturday 2/25/23, yet the finance person wanted us to sign a blank cancelation form because they were too busy. That is not an ethical practice! Because we refused they made us wait over 2 hours to do something that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. I got here at 1:40pm, it is now 3:53pm and I am still waiting! What horrible and just nasty customer service. Well I guess since we arent here to purchase a vehicle we dont matter. Owner of Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach please review your surveillance cameras. I had to do this very same thing last week for another vehicle I paid in full with Toyota at their dealership and on a busy Saturday they managed to get me in and out in less then 10 minutes. For this business to claim that customer service is #1 is a farce. Contacted them twice about a service issue I had with them that resulted in call from someone named" Holden "calling me at 8:34 PM. I am now awaiting a decision from Nissan US on the terrible service I received ,that cost me a day and $250.00 in expenses based on dealership making an appointment for me and not having the parts in house. Called yesterday (11/30) explained to the service department exactly what the problem was and what needed to happen to repair the problem. Employee looked up the VIN number so he knew what the parts department exactly what the problem was and what needed to happen to repair the problem. Employee looked up the VIN number so he knew what the parts would be to repair vehicle. I extended my stay in the area a extra day in order to get my auto repaired. When I arrived at the dealership the service man told me that they would need to order the parts. GREAT I am now out the cost of another days hotel, food, and time. Had the employee checked to see that the parts were in the building and realized that they needed to be ordered he could of saved me the time, and money. Proper planning prevents poor performance.
