No sorry I purchased my car at Vero Beach Nissan called Sutherlin. And the jerk I was talking about is at Sutherlin Nissan in Vero Beach. And my reason for writing is because of the treatment I got after purchase. And I stand by what I said. And when my lawyer is ready they will be getting a ear and eye full of the complaints i have and will get rectified.

We are equally sorry how the market has created a high level of demand and low production and availability of new vehicles. We see it at the grocery store on products like chicken, meats, milk, etc. and also in the housing market where over the last 18 months housing prices have increased by more than 49% and supply of available homes has dropped to just under 3%, but we also suspect nobody is going to sell their home below fair market and equally dealers are forced to sell their new and used inventory at a price to keep their doors open and staff employed as fair market adjusted values rise just like the housing market or any other commodity in short supply. Largely, complaints come from those who will not pay fair market values and expect dealerships to be the only ones to sell less than the market currently dictates and furthermore is no reflection on Nissan, but a global reflection of the marketplace in general. If the idea suggested here is true we should all express anger at the farmers, the grocery store chains, the shipping industry and home sellers that should all be selling for less than the fair market values impacted globally by industry shortages. There is some good news on the horizon as follows; A new report from JD Power and LMC Automotive showed US auto retail sales fell in December. The analysts believe supply shortages and skyrocketing car prices are the primary causes of the dip. Here are some of the key findings of the December sales report: Retail Sales: Analysts expect retail sales of new vehicles to be 2,923,600 in December, a decrease of 17.7 percent from 2020. Average Transaction: The report says average transaction prices reached $45,743 at the end of 2021. An average transaction was around $38,000 a year ago, roughly 20 percent lower than this year’s figure. Vehicle Production: Production at auto plants rose by 2.2 percent in December, which may be a sign of an improving market environment as we move into 2022.

I noticed you addressed all these marketplace issues and I understand all of that but, you failed to address the deceptive/underhanded business practices that you use. You certainly don't mention or reflect any of these market impacts to a vehicles cost in your advertising. No, you'd rather "drop the bomb" on someone when they arrive at the dealership because what you see in the advertising or what you are told online is not what they get. It's all a game you dealers play and there's plenty of info out there on the internet to substanciate my claim. You know, you can feed me all the current market data/statistics you want but, at-the-end-of-the -day..............you still SUCK!
