If you like endless emails and phone calls you're in luck. Sussman truly excels in this area. Seriously.....it's endless. Confirmation emails confirming that you got the last two confirmation emails. And confirmation phone calls to confirm that you got the last three conformation emails and two conformation phone calls. Then if you dare go home for a day or two to think about spending 36 THOUSAND DOLLARS expect a few calls. It was actually pretty funny. When I didn't pick up the first call from the salesman's dealer number, she called me right back from her cell phone. By then I was done with Sussman. Not because of the car or the price, but because of the way they do business. To top it off the internet sales manager called me to see how everything was going with my salesman. I got the feeling that once they get your money you won't be able to get them on the phone. Avoid Sussman at all costs. Chances are they'll be able to save you a few dollars a months by low balling the other dealers, but the few dollars a month isn't worth the aggravation. More
The worst service department ever. They will take advantage of you and coerce you into performing services on your car that have been performed or are not required. Then, they will charge you high se advantage of you and coerce you into performing services on your car that have been performed or are not required. Then, they will charge you high service and labor costs. They quoted me $280 to change my front brake pads and I got it done somewhere else for $90 total with real Acura parts. Just purchase the factory brake pads and take them to your local mechanic to change. This place will tell you that you will have to change your rotors as well and then charge you additional amounts. My father came to get a normal oil change on my RDX but they told him that my car needed $650 worth or additional service which was not true because I already had all the 50,000 mile service performed. My father older and Korean and cannot speak English very well and its really sad that they took advantage of that. More
I found Sussman Acura during my car search on Auto Trader. Getting in touch with them was hassle free as I was connected to James in internet sales. James was very pleasant and referred me to John Streckenbein in the sales department. John was a true pleasure to work with. He is very down to earth, easy to talk to and really worked with me to give me the best price on the vehicle I was looking at. I visited several dealerships and personally have worked in sales for the last 7 years so when I say John was a true professional in every sense of the word you can believe it. He was the only sales person that actually listed to my needs the first time and delivered. Unfortunately, I was on a very short time frame to purchase a vehicle and decided on a different make and model that was a better fit for my needs. However, I feel it is important to do everything you can to help someone that leaves a positive impression on you whether you buy from them or not. John meets this criteria hands down. I highly recommend anyone looking for a vehicle new or used to give John a call! More

I took my 2013 TSX in to their service department because my heated seats were not working and the heat was blowing out c WHAT A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I took my 2013 TSX in to their service department because my heated seats were not working and the heat was blowing out cold air from 2 of the 4 front vents. I wanted to try to get this taken care of ASAP since winter was fast approaching. When I called to make the appointment I specifically let them know this car is a lease and only a year old with a little over 10,000 miles. I wanted to make sure the repair would be covered by my warranty and I would not have to pay any out of pocket costs. I was advised not to worry since repairs are only done once the customer is quoted a price and agrees to it. I received a call a few hours later letting me know that my car was ready to be picked up and that 2 seat warmer fuses were replaced and so was the coolant in the radiator, all at a cost of $300!!!! I was advised that this was not covered by my warranty since my car had been in an accident. Sussman told me the auto body shop did not do the repairs properly which caused the issues I was having with my car now. They told me to try to get reimbursed by the auto body shop and were extremely rude. I don't understand how these issues could have been caused by an accident that occurred in January and my heat worked fine through out the rest of the winter months. When I went in to pick up my car and try to resolve the issue in person, the service representative was extremely argumentative and uncooperative. How do you do work on a car without first giving the customer a price quote??? A man (who I will assume was the service manager) came out and threw my car keys at me and said "you don't have to pay, just leave." When I asked where my car was, I was told out there (with a wave of the hand). It took me ten minutes of walking through the parking lot to finally locate my black Acura in an Acura dealership! Never in my life have I been so insulted. If I wanted to be treated like a piece of trash, I would have bought a $500 clunker from a chop shop. I have been faithful to Honda/Acura for over 10 years (this is my 3rd lease with them), but NEVER AGAIN- I AM DONE!!!! More
They have the worst and rudest sales reps. They are not courteous at all. I just got 2011 Acura TL Pre Owned yesterday and this is my first car purchase. While test drive and even before signing the paper they showed me Key 2. After signing the paper, they gave me Key 1 which was in such a bad shape. Their reply was, "What else do you expect from a used car". This was very disappointing. Also, they told me that they will give me full tank of gas, but they did not, it was 3 quarters. Music System was not working while taking the delivery. I had to go again next day to get that fixed. I asked the finance manager if this was not checked while certifying and his reply which I don't even remember clearly was very irrational. He just gave a crooked smile and said sometimes it happens. When asked for extra perks to make customer feel good, they offered me $1 value Key Chain (which they claim as Premium Leather Key Chain) and it had their dealership name printed on it. I thought "there is no way I am marketing your dealership", so I just did not take it. They were behaving as if they are doing any kind of favor to me. There were other factors as well which make me feel that I should have avoided this dealership As an inexperienced car buyer I was hoping the cooperation from the employees there, but I got none. Instead of going a mile extra for the customer they were not even ready to do the things which they at least should ethically be doing. I am not sure if putting this review will effect my servicing going forward, but I just could not stop myself. More
I bought a new 2014 MDx. I paid for a remote starter which they told me that it will take about a week to get installed. Now its 20 day days since bought the car & when i called they said that Acura doe which they told me that it will take about a week to get installed. Now its 20 day days since bought the car & when i called they said that Acura doesnt have remote starter for 2014 Mdx yet so i will have to wait. I asked for a refund they told they cant beacuse they claim that they told at the time of purchase but THEY NEVER TOLD ME THAT ACURA DIDNT HAVE THE REMOTE STARTER FOR THE NEW MODEL MDX. I would never go back to this dealorship. Very poor Customer SERVICE. More
My experience at Sussman Acura was head and shoulders above the other dealers in the area. Their sales teams are courteous and knowledgeable. They also had the best prices by far. I bought an Acura TSX recently from this dealership. They made promises of all the help they would provide if I have any problems in future. Someone bumped into my car yesterday at a parking lot and to get i made promises of all the help they would provide if I have any problems in future. Someone bumped into my car yesterday at a parking lot and to get it fixed I had to run circles. They apparently dont take care of body work and I had to go to Susssman Honda. They do not provide loaner cars or any sort of help for problems like mine. They would say, the division is different, so we cannot provide you any car. I will not recommend this dealership to anyone. They have very bad customer service. More
Very rude salesman,offered a free cleaning kit and front Acura license plate but after purchase of new 2013 Acura tl. Ispent $36,000.00 and both sales man and manager laughed and said here and handed me a used key chain. Dealership is dirty and salesman and manger are even dirty in sales practice.Ihave bought Acuras and Hondas new before and never had such a bad experince before.AT all cost avoid this dealer at all cost,because it will be all your cost. Worst new car experiance in all the years i have been buyig new cars in my whole life. RUDE AND DIRTY DEALINGS. More
I purchased a car from John and he worked with Tim to get me approved for a great rate. I never thought I could afford a payment on an Acura but these guys made it work!
