Worst customer service Howard Leopold provided the worst customer service I've had in years. My wife and I walked out in 15 minutes. I had already test driven an Acura, so instead of selling me, he dove into price negotiation. He acted like I was wasting his time. He had a hard price and would not budge. When I explained it was simply too high, instead of discussing a different package, or different car, he got up and walked out of the office. My wife and I were confused. He didn't say good bye, he didn't shake my hand, he just left. We waited around and he didn't come back. He moved on to another customer! I was FLOORED by his behavior. More

I am happy to report that the difference is night and day. Gone are the awful people I encountered all those years ago, and they are replaced by a pleasant, honest and easy to work with group of sales people and managers. I worked with Adam Bertles in sales and had an easy and seamless interaction that led to my getting exactly the car I wanted at an extremely fair price. I would highly recommend Sussman Acura in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania and Adam as a sales person. More

Good Experience We've been doing internet shopping and consumer report on the Acura RDX. Not realistic about values I drove about an hour to this specific dealership because they had the exact combo I was looking for in a used TSX. It was silver exterior, black interior w Tech Pkg. Car was listed at 21500, down from 21700. I did my homework and found the car to be worth 20000. I went in with my trade, a 2005 tsx in very good condition new tires oil changed clean title. So after talking to the sakes person and taking the car for a test drive we start to talk numbers. They were unwilling to negotiate on the sale price of the car at all, and wanted to give me 1700 less for my trade than kbb said it was worth. So long story short we didn't make a deal. I still searched for the car I was looking for and found it, oh and for 18k, sane everything, silver exterior black interior and Tech Pkg, and sold my car for over what I expected to. So in retrospect I am glad we didn't make a deal, I saved over 4500, and getting exactly what I wanted, and to make it worse they still havre the same exact car on the lot three months later and have finally come to their senses and lowered it to the correct price of 20k. I offered them that price three months ago and had they not been so greedy they would have sold the car long ago. More
The worst I brought my vehicle a 2007 mdx in September. I traveled 2hrs from Maryland the dealership was nice enough the first day I went to view the car the second day I went to actually pick up the car they had none of the finance numbers together I have to wait around for hours while they tried to figure it out 2 weeks after I drove off the lot they called me and told me that because I was in Maryland I have to do my own vehicle inspection and send the certificate and send it to them i was able to do that I sent the certificate via FedEx into them they told me they would get it straight would get my tags end of story instead it's almost November still no tags my text expired on October the 11th and I have not been able to drive the car because of expired temporary tags for almost a month now I call the dealership talk to someone managers the GM the finance manager still with no tags they are quite rude when you call the act as if you're getting on their nerves The most unprofessional people I've ever met in my life.I was even told in so many words that because I didn't have a certified Acura I could not expect certified quality customer service.never ever visit this Acura dealer find somewhere else for your own sake More
