Joe was the first dealer rep to contact me when I first began looking on line for a pre-owned car. Not ready to make a decision, I put Joe off politely and he was very understanding of my situation and ask began looking on line for a pre-owned car. We actually enjoyed the experience. No pressure, no stress. Any contact we had with the rest of the staff was relaxed friendly. All were willing to help take by photos or setting the radio and clock (codes were needed). The car was prepped and ready for us by the time we finshed the paperwork. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Joe in particular. More
