If you want a real review of this dealership go to Yahoo. You'll see their 2.5 rating. The guy I talked to Joe Vizzi, was totally incompetent. He would not tell me the interest rate I would qualify for or You'll see their 2.5 rating. The guy I talked to Joe Vizzi, was totally incompetent. He would not tell me the interest rate I would qualify for or what my car payment would be. When I asked him to run my credit he threatened me by saying "if I run your credit, you have to buy the car. You can't come back and tell me you want a lease then. Really, Joe?? Then he says, "what rate do you want"....duh, I'm not stupid. How about 1%. He goes, "1% is for tier 1 and you're no tier one". I should have left then and there! Who in their right mind would buy a car without knowing the interst rate or payment?? Whatever I ased a question, he kept saying "what do you want it to be". He went off on a tirade about the fact that I was buying a "top of the line $40,000 Accord". When I told him the sticker said $30,400 he didn't believe me. We actually had to walk outside so I could show him...REALLY! When I asked him if Honda had a loyalty program he says "yeah, the loyalty program is I'm making $500 on this car". You can't make this stuff up! I am a women who has purchased six cars on my own and I have NEVER, EVER been treated this badly. Imagine a sales guy saying to you "I'm not going to tell you my best deal so you can go shop the price around"?? This guy actually got nasty. That is when I got up and walked out! To add insult to injury, this was going to be the second car buy from this dealership (in 2005 I bought a CIVIC). Unbelieveable!! Read the yahoo reviews and run the other way. You'll be glad. More

My husband and I have purchased and leased a total of three cars from this dealership. We have never been as pleased as we were with our last experience. I contacted Sussex Honda and inquired about a 2012 CR-V. Spoke with Mr. Joe Vizzi who said that there were some in stock. Made an appointment to see him and he showed me in the ins and outs of the CR-V and went on a test drive. Mr. Vizzi was very accommodating and answered all the questions that I asked. Never had an all wheel drive car before. It took me about 3 weeks before deciding to buy a 2012 CR-V and I contacted Mr. Vizzi as soon as I made up my mind. He remembered that I liked the color silver and gray interior leather seats and he said that there was one that was scheduled to be in by 27 Jan 12. I put down a deposit and he called me on 28 Jan 12 to say the car was in. I made an appointment with him and he went over all the details of the car making sure that I knew what the buttons/switches were for. He was very attentive and it was a pleasure having him as my salesman. While we were there a lady brought her CR-V in to have license plates put on and went up to Mr. Vizzi and told him how she loved her CR-V. Mr. Vizzi and Sussex Honda - Keep up the good work. I have nothing put praise and will tell everyone that I talk with what a good experience I had with Mr. Vizzi and Sussex Honda. It has been a real pleasure. More

I would like to mention my wonderful experience in purchasing my brand new CRV from Sussex Honda and Joe Vizzi. It is a crazy snowy day in New Jersey and I had intentions of just getting an oil change purchasing my brand new CRV from Sussex Honda and Joe Vizzi. It is a crazy snowy day in New Jersey and I had intentions of just getting an oil change for my 2008 CRV. But who made a special visit to me in the waiting area to say hello, Joe Vizzi. Joe sold me my first CRV and has kept in friendly contact over the past 4 years. He suggested I take the new 2012 model out for a test spin and I couldn't resist even though the roads were covered in snow. Amazing Joe convinced me that this was the perfect time to test out a new car. He was right! He explained all the reasons I should consider a new car; new warranty, upgraded and redesigned model, more room and many extras. Believe me when I say I did not feel pressure, Joe was like a friend who convinces you that you deserve to have something nice for yourself. In addition, I would like to mention the Finance Manager Dan Pole who went out of his way to get me the best financing available. I am pleased to say that I now own an upgraded 2012 CRV with all the bells and whistles that I wanted for very close to my previous monthly payment. I will continue my association with Sussex Honda for years to come. More
I give the salesman, Joe Vizzi, all GREAT reviews. As soon as Joe came to greet me I had top notch service. I was very pleased with the swiftness in the flow of the process. I credit that to Joe. I also received my license plates very quickly (I didn't even have the car for 2 days and I had plates). Last time I leased, not through Joe, I had to call and inquire about my plates 2 weeks after I received my car. I doubt I would have signed a lease that day if it wasn't for Joe, I had intended to hear what he had to say and then shop around a bit as I still had 4 months left on my lease and was in no rush to get another car. More
