Needless to say I looked no further - the combination of Joe's easy manner, knowledge and the quality of Honda sold me right there. I bought my 2007 CRV and 2008 CRV from Joe Vizzi at Sussex Honda. The experience I had on both those purchases was exceptional, so I had no reason to look else where for my 2012 CRV purchase. I spoke with Joe over the phone and explained what I was looking for and he matched the price I was looking to pay. We arranged the pick up and everthing was exactly as we had discussed. I was in and out with my new vehicle in 45 minutes, this included a thorough review of the 2012 features (even set up my phone with the Blue Tooth Hands Free feature). I have shopped at many diferent Honda dealerships over the years and have found Sussex Honda's sales, finance and service staff to be exceptional. They have always delivered on what they say they will do, and seem to genuinely appreciate my business. Hard to believe but most dealerships don't do this, but they don't. I'm sure I'll be back to Sussex Honda when I'm ready for my next purchase. More

I very quickly received a response to my request with some additional questions, and from there the process took off. The next day, I walked into the dealership, found the gentleman who had followed-up with me online, who already knew what I was looking for. After a few minutes of chatting, I was off on my test drive! Upon returning to the dealership, I had essentially decided that what I'd test driven was indeed what I wished to lease. The next steps will of course be a pile of paperwork, and the folks at Sussex Honda made that as painless as possible. In fact, the entire process was zero-pressure and totally painless, something I really appreciated! So, would I recommend Joe V. over at Sussex Honda? Absolutely. Joe helped me get precisely the car I wanted, did it with a smile, helped me stay on-budget, and made the overall experience pleasurable and hassle-free. the price of my repair magically jumped from $1019 for a new battery and an alternator to $700 and change after I asked a few questions regarding why it was so much. I was told the alternator was draining m new battery and an alternator to $700 and change after I asked a few questions regarding why it was so much. I was told the alternator was draining my battery. Upon picking up my vehicle and leaving I took it to advanced auto parts to have my alternator tested for free. the test revealed that my alternator was fine, I only needed a new battery. This is unacceptable in my book. More
