This is my Third Honda that I purchased at Sussex Honda, for all three Joe Vizzi was my salesman. I love my Hondas and I love my Sussex Honda service, but the one reliable thing that keeps me coming back is for all three Joe Vizzi was my salesman. I know that Joe is on my side and is always available to talk, or help me understand my service or anything else. I'm 66 years old and have bought many new cars. Joe is the only salesman who, after the sale, became my friend and adviser. Joe might not always have the answer but he will help me find what I want to know. The Sussex Honda Service is great. In the past I have asked for things to be done or replaced and have been told it is not necessary at this time. The Service advisers and service techs help me keep my Honda running well without spending any more than is really necessary. More

Joe sent me an email regarding the summer sale - I responded asking what color 2012 Accord EX's with automatic trans he had - he called me within 5 minutes - and - my husband and I headed up to see. We had never traded in a vehicle before but believe we rec'd a fair trade-in value for our 2005 Accord EX. We talked at 9:30 AM and by 2 PM were driving home in our new car. I was transferred to Joe Vizzi, the nicest car salesman I've ever met, Joe made me feel at home as soon as we met and made my car buying experience very easy. Seeking a new SUV my choices were reduced to a Toyota RAV4 and a Honda CRV. I test drove both vehicles and found both had different but desirable features. The Toyota offered a luggage rack and zero percent funding which made it quite appealing. A long time Civic owner I felt compelled to consider the CRV. My sales person Joe took great pains to contrast the features of the two vehicles stressing the value of the Honda. Although I paid more for the Honda than the RAV4 and only because the interest rate was higher my sales person worked with me to reach an acceptable price. The sales manager at Toyota pushed hard to close the deal, but in the process turned me off. At Sussex Honda my sales person handled the entire transaction; albeit, he sought managerial approval. Bottom line my sales person stressed the value proposition, negotiated to a comfortable place and did not resort to sales intimidation and that is a winning formula. More
Good experience, price I will say is good, never truly know, but happy to make a deal, and at the end of the day, I hope all parties are happy. The finance manager did a great job of describing the service and insurance options, and if I had more room in my budget, I would have seriously considered them both. Thanks. More
