There is only one way that I know to describe Joe Vizzi as a car salesman. He is a class act. I was in the market for a Honda S2000. I had wanted one since they came out in 1999. Now, I was in a posi as a car salesman. He is a class act. I was in the market for a Honda S2000. I had wanted one since they came out in 1999. Now, I was in a position to buy one. I looked at what was available on the internet and there were three near me with the furthest one at Sussex Honda in North Jersey. I lived near Allentown 72 miles away. The first one I looked at was 5 miles from me and was a year 2000 with 8,000 miles on it. I liked it and agreed on a price but when it came to sign the bill of sale, it said “As is.” I told the manager that I would not buy a used car for that much money without a 3000 mi., 3 month warranty. They wouldn’t budge from their position, so I walked out. I then went to look at a 2005 model that was 8 miles away on which they had just replaced the rag top and had 25,000 miles on it. I didn’t like the salesman or the dealership. Previous to this I had also talked to Joe Vizzi about a 2003 red Honda S2000 that they had with 20,861 on it. Joe said it was like brand new. I thought to myself “he’s a car salesman, what else is he going to say, it’s a piece of junk.” So not wanting to drive 144 miles and after the bad experience with the year 2000 model I gave up on the idea of owning an S2000 and told myself that I could put the money to other use. Little did I know how tenacious Joe Vizzi was. A day later, I get a call from Joe Vizzi asking me to at least take a look at the car. He said once I saw it that I would love it. The next day it was beautiful day and I said to myself that I would go for a drive and take a look at the car. So I called Joe and told him that I would like to see the car. I told him that I would be there by 3:00 PM. I underestimated the traffic and didn’t get there till 7:00 PM. Despite my being late, Joe was a gentleman and very polite. The car was in the showroom and he wasn’t exaggerating. The car looked like brand new. We agreed on a price and I told Joe that I would take delivery if I liked the way it drove and it passed all my tests. I also asked for a 3000 mi., 3 month warranty so that I could prove the car out. Joe agreed and I came back to pick up the car. This is where Joe Vizzi shines as a professional and a nice guy. I couldn’t make a withdrawal from my IRA in October without substantial tax consequences. Joe figured out a way to finance the car so that I could make the withdrawal in 2013. Joe Vizzi is not only a polite, professional car salesman. He and his team are also financial wizards. If it wasn’t for Joe Vizzi’s follow up I would never have bought what had been my dream for a long time. I really love the car. Joe made this a very pleasant experience for me and I would definitely buy another car from him. No pressure from Joe just good service. Joe, keep up the good work. More

I purchased a new CRV today and am thrilled. I bought my first CRV from this dealership in 2008. The service was great everytime I brought my vehicle for servicing. So I returned and asked for my salesman from 2008, Joe Vizzi. He was absolutely wonderful. I didn't feel like I was being given a "Sales Pitch". He suggested I take a test drive to see the new options the CRV has to offer. I was sold. Joe answered all of my questions and soothed my concerns. He was able to get me into a new car paying only $20 more a month than I had been paying on my 2008. I was thrilled and had to take advantage of the offer. I left the dealership in a new car with a big grin on my face. I recommend Joe as an excellent salesperson to deal with and will recommend him to anyone I talk to who might be interested in a Honda!!! Thank you for the opportunity to express my appreciation. Who knew buying a car could actually be a pleasant experience? I had shopped around but got the best deal here and Joe took care of EVERYTHING for me - including (amazingly) picking me up 40 minutes experience? I had bought from Sussex Honda in the past and was always satisfied with my treatment but Joe made this purchase very pleasant I will definitely recommend Joe and Sussex Honda to friends and acquantences looking for a car purchase. Joe Vizzi helped my family at our most tryihg time. We lost both our cars to both flood and fire in Hurricane Sandy in Howard Beach, NY. We were flooded out of our home and had no cars. I found this website and started to look at the reviews for Joe and I thought he would be the perfect man to help me. I was RIGHT! We called him and within a few days he had two cars delivered to us with GAS! The process was quick even though we were working with limited resources and he was very very helpful. I felt like I was dealing with family. He showed such great concern for my family.. it wasn't just about the cars. At the time his home didn't have power but he was at work helping those in need. I will truly be grateful to Joe for all he did. The best part of the whole thing was we now have two Brand New cars and pay almost $150.00 less a month on our lease. I don't know how you did it Joe but thank you from the bottom of our hearts.. You gave us something less to worry about during this devastating time..my husband can now continue to drive to work like always so we can start on our repairs like so many others and I can get my kids around safely also.
