Sussex Honda

I went to Sussex Honda in a casual search for a 2013 Honda Accord. I walked in without an appointment but Joe Vizzi picked us up right away. In just a few minutes we were at a desk talking about the Accord. We were on the fence between the coupe and sedan and he made both available for test drives. We took 3 test drives and it turned out that the coupe's ride was just too harsh for my wife's bad back. We decided on the EX-L V6 w/ Navi sedan. We went through the standard price negotiation routine and were able to get the car way below MSRP with a fair deal on my trade. The only option he asked about was window VIN etching, which I declined. They did not have the vehicle we wanted in stock but it took only a couple of days for Joe to get my #1 color choice: Obsidian Blue Pearl. We made an appointment, test drove the new vehicle and signed the papers. The finance guy will try to sell you all kinds of extended warranties, but I politely declined and there was no hard sell. The sales contract was free of add-ons like "gap insurance", loan life insurance, etc. I had an 825 credit score but got so-so for a new car 3.99% financing. Not a big deal as we financed relatively little and will have the car paid off soon. Joe made a point to take the time to explain the features of the vehicle and show us around the dealership. So, we took delivery of my new Honda, which I love. It gets fantastic MPG for a V-6, I'm seeing 38-39 MPG on some trips. Joe made follow up calls to make sure everything was ok with the car. The dealership also processed the paperwork for the car very fast. I'm a PA resident and in less than a week I have my permanent reg. and sticker. So, my experience with Sussex Honda and Joe Vizzi was very positive. I subsequently found out that 2 friends have also bought and serviced their Hondas there. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. And, yes, I am a real customer with no affiliation with the dealship beyond buying a car there. More

Joe was great to work with. He did not try to rush or pressure us into ,asking decisions. He was very good at showing us all of our options without wsting our time. I was referred to sussex honda from a friend who had recommended and received excellent service from Joe Vizzi. After visiting several dealerships ford, Chevy, and suburu i went to see Joe Vizzi. I quickly took a liking to the 2010 Honda Civic EX L he showed me and we took it on a test drive. After we test drove it, i felt this was the car for me. Those other Honda dealers used deceptive and high pressure sales tactics, but that wasn't my experience at Sussex Honda. Joe was very responsive to my request for a specific model, quickly negotiated a reasonable price for the new car, and offered a fair value for my trade-in.
