Have bought many new cars, this was our most positive experience by far. Eileen was outstanding. We went again a week later, took a test drive, said ok we are ready to talk numbers. It meant a lot to us that she followed our lead instead of being pushy. We negotiated a fair price on a new Pilot and on our trade. The negotiation was quick and painless. Can't say enough about Eileen! We would recommend her in a heartbeat to a friend. Only complaint was that the finance took too long to get started. But they honored the negotiated price, which is what matters. More
Husband stopped into Sussex Honda to just take a look at the cars. We have alway bought GM cars. Despite the showroom being packed with customers (nice business you have going) Joe Vizzi treated my wife, daughter and me as if we were the only customers in the dealership. I am a savvy car buyer, I do my research before I call; I knew exactly what car on the lot I wanted and what I wanted to pay. Joe had the deal all together with my financing and I was in/out in under and hou knew exactly what car on the lot I wanted and what I wanted to pay. This is the 6th Honda I have purchased from Sussex Honda - I never bought more than 2 cars from any previous dealer. I sent a request over the internet to learn more about rebates and incentives, I rec'd a call back within 15 minutes from Felikes Samiter . I then told him that I was going to buy a Toyota Camary because that's all I have every purchased in the last 10 year which consisted on 2 Camary's , 2 Corolla's and 1 Yaris . All my kids drive toyota's which I have purchased for them. That triggered something in Felikes to become passionate and make sure I look at the 2013 Honda Accord. He was so convincing that I rushed over to see the car and showed up 2 hours early on the day I was going to buy the Toyota Camary. When arriving at the dealership I was introduced to Joe Vizzi the Internet manager. He offer my a coffee and I told him I only drink decaff. He was back with the Decaff coffee for me and he went to work showing me every new feature and benefit of the new offering. I have never had a better demo on a vehicle in a show room . Here is the major reason I bought the car from Joe... I told him I thought the Camera had more leg room and made some excuses to not go forward and purchase today. He was a gentlemen and told me he would hope to see me back at the dealership real soon. At this point I went back to the Toyota shop to to compare what I just experience at the Honda store. I lost my appetite for the Camary. The interior look cheap compared to the Honda. I then rushed back to see my new friend Joe V at Honda and told I want the 2013 Accord. It was one of my best experiences buying a car in 30 years. I have a motto in my business and personal life... Good ,Better, Best, never let it rest until the good gets better and the better gets best.... These folks at Sussex Honda get it. I felt like an honor guest in there facility and it was genuine. I can't say enough about Joe Vizzi. He was very kind to us. He didn't mind that I asked a million questions. He checked all the different colors of the cars till I found the one I liked. This was all done over the phone as I have a broken ankle and couldn't get out. When my husband went to pick up the car Joe was very helpful. He explained everything to him.
