I recently leased a 2013 Honda Civic from Sussex Honda and couldn't be happier. I absolutely love it. Kevin was friendly, cordial, and respectful. He was very knowledgeable about the cars we were interested in. We received detailed information and adequate answers to our questions. I hardly ever use "great" to describe buying a car but Sussex Honda has come through once again!! I have worked with Joe Vizzi on two lease negotiations and will continue to do so because what b car but Sussex Honda has come through once again!! I have worked with Joe Vizzi on two lease negotiations and will continue to do so because what brings me back to Sussex Honda is Joe. I live very close to at least two other dealerships but Joe is straight forward in what he can or can not offer. He doesn't pester me, if I am busy and can not talk on the phone he will email the information I need. He doesn't leave vague messages that prompt me to call him back; we don't "play the game" of useless offers. Joe knows I am a working mother of two and my free time is limited. He calls and/or emails me each year for my birthday and contacts me during the lease term to make sure I'm satisfied with the car and if there is anything he can do to keep me happy. When I visit the dealership Joe is always friendly and presents himself in a professional manner. He takes the time to walk me through to the service department explaining what they can offer, introducing me to staff and encourages me to stop by. The dealership is always clean and the employees are very pleasant. I am not certain if I got the "best" price I could for a lease deal but as I said, I am busy and unfortunately don't take the time I should to do more research. My business is based on the relationship and not just the numbers. I started contacting Joe in November advising him we would not be keeping the 2011 Pilot and he should start looking around. Joe and I spoke once a month and then on April 4th our call lasted approximately 10 minutes and I was in on April 6th to pick up the new 2013 Pilot. I had my two children with me and as promised, Joe had me in and out. All the papers were in order, the car was ready to go and off we went. Leasing through Sussex Honda is such a pleasant experience and that means as much to me as the price. The ease of dealing with Joe is why I drive almost an hour for his Honda which I could get much closer. Typically I do not take the time to fill out surveys but I think complimenting Joe's performance is well worth my time. I will keep coming back to Sussex Honda and will certainly recommend my friends and family contact Joe. More

Joe called me after seeing (on the internet) that I was looking at the Accord Coupe (V6/ 6SPDM). I mentioned I wanted the car in red. Joe had a black one at the dealership and invited me down to drive it. looking at the Accord Coupe (V6/ 6SPDM). I mentioned I wanted the car in red. Joe had a black one at the dealership and invited me down to drive it. Right from the beginning, Joe was cordial, helpful and informative. He offered that he would find a red coupe for me. We worked out a proposed deal on the car. The next day Joe delivered on his offer of finding a red coupe. Everyone at Sussex Honda was helpful with my purchase. Anyone looking for a car couldn't ask for a better experience. I had visited two other dealerships prior to this one. More
We went out to purchase a used Volkswagen CC and stopped in at this dealership on a whim. Kevin Burke greeted us outside and was a very informative and not pushy regarding the used inventory we were looking in at this dealership on a whim. He helped us stay on track and pursue our goal in finding an economical and cost effective vehicle. Mr Burke handled all our questions and found answers promptly to those outside his knowledge. The car was delivered the same day in almost the same condition in which we observed it except, for the detailer who had scratched it, which was a potential deal breaker for us. Kevin handled it in stride and was able to negotiate an acceptable fix for the dealership. Needless to say we never made it to the other dealership. Thank you. More

I contacted Joe Vizzi a week ago requesting a quote on a 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES. He responded within 30 minutes with a very reasonable offer. I told him my wife would be coming to test drive the v 2013 Honda Odyssey EX-L with RES. He responded within 30 minutes with a very reasonable offer. I told him my wife would be coming to test drive the vehicle. So my wife test drove vehicle last Saturday and really liked the vehicle. She explained we had a trade that would be part of the deal along with the lease. He gave her a lowball figure and I politely said not interested in a deal like that unless trade in offer increases. Throughout the week Joe followed up with me daily asking me if there was anything he could do to earn my business. I told him he needed to be at a certain dollar figure in order to get the deal. He came in a bit higher than I wanted but it was a reasonable offer nonetheless. I told him I would weigh my options. After visiting Lynne's Nissan Subaru in Belleville (aka chop shop) I was convinced I needed to deal with a professional outfit. I contacted Joe and told him I wanted to make a deal. He came in a bit lower than what I had expected and the deal was done. By the time I got there I was in and out of there in under an hour with the walk through included. I highly recommend Joe and his professionalism to any customer local to this dealership or even a bit further. Dealing with dealerships can seem arduous at times but the team at Sussex Honda knows how to get things done and work with customers to ensure they come away satisfied. More
