Jason was very responsive to our requirements for a vehicle and our financial parameters. He shared all the options available, explained the pricing structure for each trim package and how that would vehicle and our financial parameters. He explained all of the featues on pick-up day, programmed many features for us, demonstrated some of the functionality like Bluetooth set-up. We were a returning customer after an absence of many years but I believe this helped us to receive a package that we felt was fair and met our needs. There was never any pressure to purchase or lease a vehicle. There were no surprises and everything went very smoothly.
