For the purpose of this evaluation however, I can speak about Joe Vizzi who was the person who introduced me to the all the awesome features of the car and helped me set up my hands-free phone . Joe was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to take the time to teach me about my new Honda Accord. He spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining the features and giving me an overview of the key-less ignition/entry, navigation, phone and audio system etc. All this done at a time when he and the other employees were probably looking to go home for the evening I think (We didn't get the new car until after 4:30 pm).
