The finance rate for the CRV I purchased was misrepresented. I was told it would be 0.99% and only when I was finalizing the paperwork with the financial person did I discover that the finance r misrepresented. I was told it would be 0.99% and only when I was finalizing the paperwork with the financial person did I discover that the finance rate was 3.99%. I have excellent credit (Experian 760). I feel that I was misled. I almost canceled the deal and in retrospect I should have done so. Actually when it was all said and done I ended up with a 4.23% rate which is shameful and I paid much more than I should have paid for the car. I should have canceled the purchase as I had wanted to. I will not be buying from Sussex Honda nor will I be recommending them. More

My husband and I and our son came in looking for a used car. My son had a recent bad experience with another dealership. We were apprehensive about purchasing another car.
