We had just started looking, but had to replace my husband's truck that day. We had heard great things about Honda and thought we'd start there. Eileen helped us figure out what made the most sense for our budget. We had no money to put down, but she was able to finance everything without a down payment. We both felt that she was giving us good advice, not just to sell us a car, but because she cared about us! My husband is thrilled with his new Civic for many reasons- but besides being just a great car, we feel at ease and comfortable with the dealership because of Eileen. Going in for service won't be a big deal as we have experienced in the past elsewhere since there is that comfort level there.
